biographies and entertainment for television and other media.

Freeport is established in 1996 by journalist Karsten Kjaer, who has produced more than 600 programmes for Danish and International television as well as numerous specials on world affairs.

The rest is history

In the morning the 9th of November 1989, I was in Berlin as a Danish TV-reporter.
In front of the camera, I hammered on the Wall as a symbolic protest.

Little did I know, but in the evening the very same day the Berlin Wall fell. The rest is history - 20 years later.
